Monica is expert in international business. In addition to managing all logistical aspects of product movement from China, she communicates daily with our China based staff on all new and current projects. Monica manages the evaluations of all prospective factories; ensuring that evaluation criteria are properly scrutinized and fairly scored. Monica is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese. Monica's experience includes international sourcing, cost analysis and marketing research.

Monica holds a BSBA from the London Business School, a MBA from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and a MA in Design Practice from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle.

Patrick has over 20 years sales experience into retail channels beginning with Patrick Tell Association, a manufacturer’s rep agency, and Tell Manufacturing, Inc., which he founded in 1986.

Patrick founded Tell Manufacturing to distribute commercial door hardware through the DIY channel, recognizing the potential for the home improvement retailer to capitalize on the needs of their existing commercial customers.

Patrick has personally fostered all the key business relationships with the eight factories in China and Taiwan that manufacture product for Tell Manufacturing. He has continually traveled to China at least four times per year for the last 10 years.

Patrick holds a BSBA from Shippensburg University.
